Typical Day


Registration begins at 8:00AM on June 23rd, but all other days drop off is at 9:00AM.

A typical day at camp may include:

  • 9:00AM – Campers arrive
  • 9:05AM – Camp Stretch
  • 9:15AM – Lacrosse Stick Drills/Line Drills/Technique
  • 9:35AM – Morning Stations Begin. Each camper rotates to skill specific stations, each station consisting of 30 minutes of instruction. Stations are position specific, concentrating on the evolution of each particular position and the different phases of the game. (appropriate water breaks are given during the station phase)
  • 11:20AM – Lacrosse related activity. These activities range from team relay races, fastest shot and accuracy testing, ground ball champion contests, one-on-one vs. instructors etc.
  • 12:00PM – Lunch (campers bring their own lunches each day)
  • 12:50PM – Afternoon Foundational Sessions & Demonstration. At this time the entire camp gathers for instruction pertaining to one of our foundational principles: lax fundamentals, mental toughness, speed/quickness, leadership.
  • 1:15PM – Speed & Quickness Session. Players break into stations and learn how to become quick, fast and explosive
  • 1:45PM – Team practice. Campers meet with their team and focus on afternoon instructional pieces given by the coaches.
  • 2:15PM – Team Games
  • 3:15PM – Giveaways, extra help sessions, specialty clinics, evaluations and departing procedure.
  • 4:00PM – Pick-up
