Registration Instructions

We have made it easy for you to register for our camp by providing a few ways in which to register.

1. Download, Print and Mail. The registration form and camp brochure are available as a PDF downloads which you may print, fill out and mail in.

Mail completed and signed registration form to:

2. Register Online. Please go to our Online Registration area by clicking here. You will see a list of programs – choose “2009 Berkshire County All-American Lacrosse” (at the bottom of the list) and follow the steps. Note: if you are not a registered user of this website you will be required to register first before proceeding to the actual registration and payment form.

3. Please fill out the below “Participant Permission and Health Release” form below and bring it to Registration on the morning of June 23rd.  Registration begins at 8:00AM on June 22nd.

4. Please download print and fill out the below player goals worksheet and bring to the first day of camp.
